Hey ya –

Not many posts this past week and it won’t pick up again until next week. That doesn’t mean I haven’t been BUSY!

Just finished another article for Fly Tyer Magazine (it’ll be in the Autumn issue).

AND I’M TAKING A REALLY QUICK MUSEUM TRIP – out to Santa Barbara, CA for three days, to attend the opening of a wonderful new exhibition of prints, and talk to some folks about, well, things that need discussing!

HERE IS A LINK to this wonderful gallery – and museum!

NEXT WEEK: I’ll be back into the studio hard. See you then!

This UTTERLY FABULOUS video clip was done by the British Museum for their new (and HUGE) exhibition of prints and printed work by Katsushika Hokusai.

This guy was one of the most fabulous ink artists of all time, brilliant both in color and black & white. I spend a great deal of time looking at his stuff.

Why oh why don’t I live in London?

Slammed it down fast – big marks, and to the point. Actually, it might be a little bit too brash. Or maybe not. I just keep moving.

As this new month starts, I’m bottlenecked once again. Have at least 60 new pictures that must be flattened, scanned and assembled before they can be put up on this website. It’s the curse of being prolific. It’ll be a few weeks before you start seeing them – but some good stuff is coming!

Oh, and click the picture to make it bigger – it’s worth taking a good look –
